Route Description
Follow the former railway from Lilydale through the Yarra Valley to Warburton, linking wooded cuttings, open farmland and old station sites beneath the Yarra Ranges. This mainly gravel ride climbs to Mount Evelyn before descending into the valley, with memorable stops at Seville’s carriage café, Woori Yallock Creek Bridge and Yarra Junction’s railway museum. The final section reaches Warburton’s historic station precinct and continues to La La Siding. Allow time for road crossings and share the trail with walkers and horse riders.
